Registration

To register for the ISCEV Symposium, please click on the button that will be activated here below: you will be re-directed to Meet and Work's website, where you will enter the registration procedure.
Once the electronic form has been filled out, to complete the procedure press the red button "Save and print your registration" (which saves your data into our system), print the pdf form, complete it with the payment information - indicate your credit card details and sign to authorise the charge or attach bank transfer receipt - and send it by fax to +39 049 860 2389 to MEET AN WORK. Your confirmation of congress registration and the invoice will follow by e-mail.

Starting date for the online registration: January 8, 2009.

Travel Grants

Application for the travel grant will have to be sent to the General Secretary before February 14, 2009.

Travel Grant Recipients will register at the reduced fee of 300,00 €. Their registration will have to be sent along with a letter from the ISCEV General Secretariat proving the grant has been awarded and they are therefore also entitled to the reduced fee.
Applicants who are not awarded grants retain the privilege of registering without a
late fee, if the early registration deadline has passed. They should attach to their registration the relevant letter from the ISCEV General Secretariat.

Pre-registration will be possible until June 20, 2009. After this date do not send any registration form or payments, you will still have the opportunity to register on site.

*Students/Fellows/Trainees: to qualify for this rate, send by fax (to +30 049 860 2389) or email (to meet@meetandwork.com) proof of your status (letter from the supervisior or department head stating you are a full time undergraduate or graduate student / fellow or trainee).

Registration fee for the ISCEV Course includes

• Admission to the Scientific Sessions and the Exhibition Area

  • July 6th - Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail
  • July 7th - Pizza-Ballo in the evening
  • July 8th - Palladio Day: visit to Vicenza in the afternoon and dinner in Villa Beatrice d'Este
  • July 10th - Farewell Cocktail at Palazzo della Ragione, Padova

Accompanying Persons' fee includes

• Admission to the Exhibition Area
• Lunch snacks at the Congress Site on July 8th, 9th and 10th
• Social Events as shown in the Accompanying Persons' program:
  • July 6th - Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail
  • July 7th - Wine road excursion and visit to Arquà Petrarca and Valsanzibio Garden during the day; Pizza-Ballo in the evening

  • July 10th - Visit to Hotel spas in the morning; in the afternoon guided visit to Padova and Farewell Cocktail at Palazzo della Ragione

Payments Registrations

They will have to be accompanied by proof of payment in order to be processed:

• indicate credit card details on the registration form and sign to authorise charge (accepted cards: MASTER CARD / VISA)

Confirmation and invoicing

Upon receipt of the full registration fee, each participant will receive confirmation of his/her registration and the invoice by e-mail and by surface mail to the address indicated on the form.

Cancellation and refunds of registration fee

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Organising Secretariat, Meet and Work, by e-mail (to meet@meetandwork.com ) or by fax (+39 049 860 2389).

Refunds will be made under the following conditions:

• until June 15, 2009: refund of 50 % of registration fees received
• after June 15, 2009: no refund

All refunds will be processed after the conference.
