Oral and Poster contributions on any of the Congress topics and on all aspects of Clinical Neurophysiology of Vision are welcome.
Submit your paper (maximum 500 words) using the abstract form in Word for Windows which can be downloaded from this web site and send it as an e-mail attachment to meet@meetandwork.com by February 28, 2009.
Eberhard Dodt Memorial Award
Works competing for the award will be assessed by a Panel of Reviewers who will assign the award to the best oral paper or poster.
Presentations with no ticking of the relevant checkbox on the abstract form will not be considered for the award.
Submissions from January 5, 2009
Abstracts sent by fax or regular mail as hardcopies will not be considered.
On receipt of the abstract a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address of the corresponding author indicated on the form.
Abstracts must be in English. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to assess and decide whether the presentation should be delivered orally or with a poster. When submitting the abstract, in any case, please indicate your preferred form of presentation.

Editorial guidelines for the abstract submission
- The abstract must be in English
- Please use MS Word for Windows, font Arial, character size 10
- Write the title in bold type and please use capitals only at the start of each sentence
- The name(s) of the author(s), written in bold type, should be preceded by the initials only (e.g. P. Smith); omit titles
- The name of the person presenting the paper should be underlined
- Reference numbering should indicate which authors belong to each Institute/Hospital or Department mentioned on the field "Affiliation of all Authors"
- The use of tables or figures is not allowed
- The abstract should concisely address the problem and the purpose of the study (PURPOSE); how the study was performed (METHODS); the main findings with numerical data and statistical significance (RESULTS); and the main conclusions drawn from the study (CONCLUSIONS)
- The text should be single spaced and justified
- The text should not exceed 500 words

Remember to contact the Preview Room to hand in your presentation for the uploading at least three hours before the beginning of your session or in the late afternoon of the day before in case of early morning presentations.
Posters
Posters must be brought in person by the author and should not be mailed in advance. The code number for each poster as published in the Final Programme will correspond to the position of the display board. Poster maximum size: 80 cm (width) x 120 cm (height), vertical orientation.
Clinical Case Session
Each clinical case will be accompanied by 3-4 slide presentation. All the details for the scheduling of the working session will have to be agreed together with Prof. M. Marmor.
