Location
All hotels are located in the centre of Abano Terme, at walking distance from the Conference Centre.
To make your hotel booking for the congress, please click on the button below: you will be re-directed to Meet and Work's website where you will enter the hotel booking procedure.
Once the electronic form has been filled out, to complete the procedure press the red button "Save and print your hotel reservation" (which saves your data into our system), print the pdf form that will appear, complete it with the payment, indicating your credit card details and signing the form to authorize the charge or attach bank transfer receipt - and send it by fax to +39 049 860 2389 - MEET AND WORK.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Before you start the procedure, make sure that the "pop-up blocker" on your computer is at least temporarily not active (especially if you have Windows XP Service Pack 2 or toolbars downloaded from Google, Yahoo or other)
Confirmation and payment
Any enquiries or requests for additional information, changes or cancellations of room reservations are to be made in writing and addressed directly to Meet and Work and not to the hotel.
To make a hotel reservation, advance payment for the first night is required, as well as a handling fee of 20,00 euro per room.
Your reservation will be confirmed after receipt of your accommodation form
- with your credit card details and authorization for the one night deposit + handling fee
- or with copy of the bank transfer covering your full stay + handling fee
A confirmation specifying the name and address of the hotel reserved will be sent as soon as your Hotel Accommodation request has been processed.

Check-out time: by 11.00 am
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the hotel reservation must be communicated in writing.
In case of cancellation:
- until May 31, 2009, the one night deposit WILL be refunded
- from May 31, 2009 the one night deposit WILL NOT be refunded
Handling fees are not refundable.
If you check out before the set departure date or in case of delayed arrival, all nights reserved will be charged.
