Site Participants should wear the identification badge collected at the Registration Desk during all conference sessions and events.
Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be given to all registered participants.
Call for papers
Oral and poster presentations on the Congress topics and on all aspects of Clinical Electrophysiology of Vision are welcome. Instructions for authors and abstract form are available on www.iscev2009.org
Lunches and refreshments
The Welcome and Farewell Cocktails, light snacks, coffee breaks and dinners as shown in the program are included in the Conference fee.
Exhibition
During the 47th ISCEV Symposium ample space will be dedicated to an exhibition of Technical Equipment Companies. The entrance is free to those registered to the Conference and registered accompanying persons. The exhibition will open on July 5th for the ISCEV Basic Human Electrophysiology Course and on July 6th for the 47th ISCEV Symposium and will close on July 9th in the afternoon.

Official Letter of Invitation
Letters of invitation required by foreign participants to meet the administrative or legal regulations of some countries are available upon written request. Please contact the Organising Secretariat, MEET AND WORK srl, indicating address and personal details. It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Congress Organisation to provide any financial assistance.

Cancellation and refunds
Notice of cancellation of registration must be made by email (to meet@meetandwork.com) or by fax (+39 049 860 2389) to the Conference Secretariat, Meet and Work srl.
Cancellation made by June 15, 2009 will result in a 50% cancellation penalty.
The Conference Secretariat regrets that no refunds will be possible for cancellations received after June 15, 2009.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Insurance
Participants are advised to personally take out their own insurance policy for baggage, valuables and liability to third parties since the conference organisers decline any liability in this regard.
Disclaimer
The Organizers cannot be considered responsible for the cancellation of the Congress or parts of it. In case of total cancellation, congress participants will be reimbursed for the Registration Fees they have actually paid. However, the Organizers are not liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such cancellation.
